Welcome to The Collective! We are excited to help you kickstart your fitness journey with us. When you book your first Private Coaching Session, here's what you can expect:
You will get a tour of our one-of-a-kind facility, a goal-setting session to understand YOU and your goals, an assessment, and a fundamental workout. Your entire first experience will be a minimum of 75 minutes. Your first session is 60 minutes, with an additional 15 minutes dedicated to setting you up for success. You’re here for a reason. It’s time to show up for yourself and work to be 1% better than you were yesterday.
