This program is for you if you have hit a plateau in your results lately or maybe you’re not sure what direction to go nutrition wise & you feel like you’ve tried every diet known to man! This program will put your goals on the right track and teach you a lot about yourself along the way.
In order to get the most out of this program and fully engage in your eating habits we encourage beginners to start with 8 weeks minimum. You may also go month-to-month but the best results are with those that commit and give themselves a chance to learn and implement. It takes the average person 66 days to form a habit, now throw in everyday life stressors & duties into the mix and it could take longer! Most don't make it to the 66 day mark but no more! You will learn how to navigate your current lifestyle and eating habits to fit your given macros. This is not a program that severly restricts or keeps you away from social events! You wilol learn to eat better versions of what you love while still living a life you enjoy and creating better habits along the way!
