Why This Program Exists

Most athletes don't need more motivation. They need a better plan.

The Collective HYROX Program removes the guesswork by giving you a clear weekly structure that combines guided running, conditioning, strength endurance, erg work, race-specific stations, pacing, and coaching.

  • Every workout has a purpose.
  • Every week builds on the last.
  • Every session prepares you for the demands of race day.

Endurance

HYROX Engine

Sunday · 6:30 AM

Designed to build the aerobic engine behind great HYROX performances. Other sessions focus on how fast you can go — this one focuses on how long you can hold that pace.

Hybrid Conditioning

Wednesday & Saturday

Wednesday and Saturday Hybrid Conditioning classes are included as part of the HYROX Program support. These classes help build strength, power, conditioning, and the ability to perform under fatigue.

HYROX Prep remains the primary recommended Saturday session, while Saturday Hybrid Conditioning gives athletes another option for added support when needed.

Running

Guided Running Program

Two self-paced sessions weekly

Athletes receive two weekly running sessions designed to complement their HYROX training. These runs are completed on your own, with guidance from our coaching team so you know exactly what to do and why it matters.

Aerobic or Tempo Run

Designed to build running volume and the ability to sustain a strong pace.

Interval Run

Designed to improve speed, running economy, and 1K race pace.

From time to time, we may also host optional community track meet-ups so athletes can run together, practice pacing, and build the engine as a team.

Guidance

Coaching

Our coaches help you understand the purpose behind the training, how to scale when needed, and how to build toward race day with confidence.

Belonging

Community

Train alongside athletes working toward the same goal. The program is built to help you stay consistent, supported, and connected throughout the process.

See It In Action

Feel the Energy Before You Join

Frequently Asked Questions

Good to know.

Do I need HYROX experience to join?

No. HYROX experience is not required. We will meet you where you are and help you build from there.

Can beginners join?

Yes. The program is designed to be coached and scalable. You do not need to be advanced to start.

Can I start anytime?

Yes. The program is ongoing, so athletes can join at any time. For best results, we recommend starting at least 12 weeks before your race.

Do I need to be signed up for a race?

No. You can use this program to prepare for a race or simply train with more structure and purpose.

What if I already attend Strength or Hybrid Conditioning?

Great. Strength and Hybrid Conditioning can support your HYROX training. The HYROX Program includes access to Wednesday and Saturday Hybrid Conditioning classes as additional support. HYROX Prep at Saturday 6:30 AM is still the primary recommended Saturday session.

What if I cannot make HYROX Prep on Saturday at 6:30 AM?

HYROX Prep is the primary recommended Saturday session because it is the most race-specific. If you cannot attend, you can use a Saturday Hybrid Conditioning class as another option. Some athletes may also choose to add Saturday Hybrid Conditioning after HYROX Prep for extra volume when appropriate.

What is the difference between HYROX Prep and HYROX Engine?

HYROX Prep is more race-specific and focuses on stations, compromised running, pacing, transitions, and strategy. HYROX Engine focuses on endurance, aerobic capacity, pacing, ergs, and the ability to maintain effort throughout the race.

Is this for Open and Pro athletes?

Yes. The program can support athletes training for either Open or Pro divisions.
