RECOVER WITH INTENTION

Recovery Throughout The Day

Training is only part of the system. Book a 45-minute Recovery Room session and move through an intentional recovery experience featuring red light therapy, traditional sauna, and cold plunge.

Red Light Therapy

Begin with full-body red light as part of an intentional pre-training or post-training recovery routine.

Traditional Sauna

Experience high-heat recovery in a traditional sauna, not an infrared sauna.

Cold Plunge

Finish with cold water immersion that can be adjusted from 39°F to 55°F based on your experience and comfort.

Recovery reservations are available throughout the day and can be scheduled through The Collective app.
