Absolutely. Many of our members start with personal coaching to learn proper technique, build confidence, and create a consistent routine before joining group training. Your coach meets you where you are and guides you safely forward.

Most clients meet two to three times per week, but your plan can be customized based on your availability, recovery needs, and goals. Your coach will help set the right frequency for progress and sustainability.
